In and around the Texas Hill Country, Austin and San Antonio areas, rescuers saved dozens of stranded drivers and people trapped in homes from catastrophic flooding. Uvalde, Kerrville, Ingram, Comfort, Boerne, Fredericksburg and more were affected by the rising floodwaters on Thursday.
