Numerous wildfires in the Pacific Northwest, including the Spokane fire, are causing hazardous air quality conditions across the region with no relief in sight. While the heaviest smoke has been largely sedentary, it is expected to spread this week as temperatures remain hot ahead of a cooler weekend.
