Another day of severe storms and the potential for flooding remains for the Northeast, including New York City and Philadelphia. Today’s threat also includes parts of the Great Lakes. Thursday will be more of the same, with more severe storms expected. With multiple rounds of severe storms and heavy rainfall, we could see the threat of flash flooding.
