Severe storms and a flood risk threaten the Southern Plains into the Ohio Valley, including Texas. Damaging winds, hail and tornadoes are all possible. Heavy rainfall from these storms could also lead to flash flooding, where there is level 3 out of 4 risk of flooding for Oklahoma City.
