The team. It’s a group of the most dedicated and talented people I’ve ever worked with. Everyone brings their A-game daily, and it directly translates into the high-quality, informative and impactful work we share with the world. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of a culture that is so collaborative, respectful, and genuinely fun! (Also, the snacks are top tier)

Favorite Weather Areas: Earthquakes

You have to understand: I grew up in the Coachella Valley desert, where snow was basically a mythical creature and the closest thing we had to a “winter wonderland” was going into the walk-in cooler at Costco. I’d been in snow before, but up until last year (2024) I had never actually witnessed it fall from the sky.

So when my first real snow day hit, my brain crashed out. Full system failure. I was a golden retriever with the zoomies sprinting between the front and back yards to see how it was piling up. The whole world shut down. No work, no school, just a legally mandated day of fun.

We wandered the neighborhood and it felt like a giant, snowy block party. Kids squealing with joy, adults pretending to be responsible while also absolutely losing their minds, everyone was out building core memories. Some people see snow as a chore, but for me? It was magic!
