Arctic Cold Here To Stay For Central, East US

Ready for some warmer weather? Well, that is not in the cards for the majority of the central and eastern parts of the country this week. Numerous cold records could be set across parts of the South and Northeast. Meanwhile, arctic air, in conjunction with the snowpack, will keep lows in the single digits for many of those impacted by Winter Storm Fern.
