Just when you thought spring warmth might be here to stay, another dose of winter will cause temperatures to plummet across much of the East early next week. Highs will drop 15 to 25 degrees below average across parts of the Great Lakes, Midwest and Northeast. Wind chills will even make their way below zero for some.
