Temperatures will feel more like summer across much of the central and eastern U.S. this week. Temperatures could soar 15 to 30 degrees above average, and over 150 daily record highs will be threatened. Widespread highs in the 80s are possible in cities like Atlanta, Nashville, Jackson, Birmingham, Little Rock, St. Louis, Memphis, New Orleans, Louisville, Dallas, Oklahoma City and Kansas City.
