Cascade Snow To Be Measured In Feet

October 26, 2025

A low pressure system will deliver rain, wind, and snow to the Pacific Northwest this weekend. Between half an inch and three inches of rain will be likely in the mountains and valleys west of the Cascades. East of the Cascades, a quarter inch of rainfall will be likely between Saturday and Sunday. In the same time period, 1-2 feet of snow, with locally higher amounts will be likely in the higher elevations of the Cascade Mountains. In addition to rain and snow, breezy conditions can be expected from British Columbia to Northern California, especially Saturday afternoon. This event will last throughout the weekend with conditions gradually improving Sunday evening across the Pacific Northwest.
