Tropical systems across the Eastern Pacific are threatening the Southwest with heavy rainfall. First, there is Tropical Storm Priscilla. This was once a powerful hurricane but despite weakening will bring heavy rainfall to the region through Saturday. Then, Raymond, right on the heels of Priscilla, will move on a similar path and could add even more rainfall to the region.
