A cold front will bring rainy and windy conditions to New England on Monday. Wind could gust as high as 30 mph in spots. A widespread 1 to 2 inches with isolated totals as high as 3 inches will be possible across parts of New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts.
