Tropical moisture from the remnants of Raymond will bring more rain to the Desert Southwest early this week. A flood watch remains in effect for the southern half of Arizona through Monday and includes places like Phoenix and Tucson. An additional 1-2 inches of rain will be possible, and because the ground is already saturated, it won’t take much to flood.
