The storms that impacted the Central Plains and Midwest Tuesday night are shifting east and are expected to target much of the East on Wednesday. This is more of a wind event, but tornadoes are still possible across the South and the mid-Atlantic. And we cannot rule out flooding, as these areas are waterlogged from last week's storms.
