The South and Southeast are expected to see days of rain and storms across the region. The storm threat is strongest on Tuesday and begins to diminish by Wednesday. But regardless of the storm threat being lower later this week, rain is expected as the front moving through will stall out. This series of rainfall is great to combat the ongoing and increasing drought, but too much rain too quickly could cause flooding. Meteorologist Rob Shackelford breaks it all down.
