Upper-level winds will continue to push Canadian wildfire smoke into the Midwest and Great Lakes through the weekend. Air quality alerts are in effect for the entire states of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan. Bad timing since many people will be outdoors enjoying the cooler weather. Please pay attention to your body and limit time outside if you have respiratory issues or start to have trouble breathing.
