The Desert Southwest are under the threat of flash flooding after the remnants of both Prescilla and Raymond moved north into the Desert Southwest. Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado are under the threat for heavy rain, flash flooding, mudslides and river flooding over the weekend. Areas could see 1-3 inches of rainfall with isolated areas receiving up to 5 inches. Watch for the latest forecast.
