Deadly Typhoon Submerges Cars, Homes In Central Philippines

Tens of thousands of people were evacuated as Typhoon Kalmaegi, called Typhoon Tino locally, barreled into the central Philippines. Hundreds of others were trapped as flash floods buried cars and quickly rose around homes or wiped them out.
