Tropical Depression Likely Today, Plus Another Area To Watch

The National Hurricane Center continues to monitor two areas in the Atlantic that have a high chance of tropical development. The eastern area will likely become Tropical Depression Eight today, but it is not expected to have U.S. impacts. The western area could become a tropical depression over the weekend and could impact the East Coast next week. If these storms receive names, Humberto and Imelda are next on the list.
