A biodome may be coming to downtown Seattle as part of Amazon.com's new headquarters.

NBBJ architecture firm is behind the sparkling glass and steel greenhouse. Inside the dome you'll find lots of plants and trees, as well as room for seats for people to sit and spend time among the greenery.

The dome is just part of the plan for the massive new headquarters, which is slated to include three high-rises and two mid-rise buildings.

The space also includes plans for a dog park, more green spaces and a two-way bicycle track around the property, which would give employees -- and the public -- even more opportunities to embrace nature.

Once complete, the new campus would stretch over 3.3 million square feet and three city blocks, NBBJ explains.

The architects say Seattle's Design Review Board approved the project. The Los Angeles Times says the project now heads to the Seattle Department of Planning and Development for approval.
