Wake up to the sounds of Pacific Ocean lapping outside your window. Eat brunch with the windows wide open, as cool, fresh sea air floats around you.

This could be your reality if you bid on the impressive, historic Villa Rockledge. This prized Laguna Beach, California, home is on the market for a cool $30 million.

The home was designed and built from 1919 to 1929 by L.A. architect Arthur Benton and Frank Miller, a famous southern California builder whose family was also responsible for the historic Mission Inn in Riverside.

According to real estate website Zillow, Villa Rockledge, also called "Mariona" after Miller's second wife, has 12 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms spread across the 8,000-square-feet plus home. A handful of patios means you'll have plenty of opportunity to find peaceful natural surroundings.

The National Park Service added "the dramatic oceanfront complex" to the National Register of Historic Places in the mid-1980s wanting to honor the architects' "Spanish and eclectic elements on 1.3 acres of a precipitous bluff."

You can learn more about the history of the home at the National Register of Historic Places or check out the real estate listing on Zillow.
