Out-Of-Control Car Nearly Runs Down Nebraska Trooper

Dashcam footage shows the horrifying moment an out-of-control car nearly ran down a Nebraska State Patrol trooper. The incident happened on Thursday as two troopers were responding to two cars that had run off Interstate 80 during a light snow west of Lincoln, Nebraska. Suddenly, a third car skidded off the slick freeway and rammed into the vehicle of one of the motorists the troopers were assisting. The trooper by that car was able to dive out of the way. “We nearly had a tragedy,” NSP wrote on X. “There was only light snow, yet numerous slide-offs.”
