Hogan is a 4-year-old golden retriever who lives in Port Washington, Wisconsin.

"He is looking forward to snow this winter! We laugh whenever he lays on the snow, because for him it’s like laying in the sand on a beach," said his owner. "As the snow melts in the spring, he will find any little patch of snow and lay in it. He loves everyone he meets on his walks around the park, looking forward to pets. He is especially fond of little kids, but hold on tight to your stuffed animal, because he likes to steal them!"
