Phoebe is an 8 year-old orange domestic shorthair mix rescue cat who lives in Scranton, Pennsylvania. “This sweet cat is super vocal and thinks she's a doggo. She loves playing ball, chasing after ribbons, watching TV, and looking at the squirrels and birds from the kitchen window. Lately, she's obsessed with flopping onto her back so she can watch life from upside down! 😂 We're so lucky to be her cat parents! ❤️”
