Weather Buddies: Sheytoon

Sheytoon is a 15-year-old Green Cheek Conure rescue parrot who lives in San Mateo, California. According to his owner, "He says some words and uses very specific noises to identify things when he can't say the word. He uses a 'glug-glug-glug' noise for water that sounds like splashing or pouring. Sheytoon is an excellent weather forecaster with nearly 100% accuracy. If he looks outside and it is raining, he says 'glug-glug-glug.' If it is not raining, he does not say 'glug-glug-glug.'" Very impressive, Sheytoon!
