New Wave Of Cold Air In Northern Plains, Northeast This Week

The latest in a series of clipper systems is bringing in a fresh wave of cold air this week for the Northern Plains and Northeast, where gusty winds could drop wind chills into the single digits for cities like Minneapolis, Boston and New York. While the West is set to warm up as the week progresses, the eastern half of the country has entered deep freeze mode at least into the weekend.
