Half a million people lost power, trees crashed onto homes and power lines, and the city's hilly roads became impassable. Then, a second ice storm hit the Friday and Saturday before the big game, disrupting practice for the St. Louis Rams and Tennessee Titans and threatening one of the biggest sporting events on the planet.
