Every year humans find creative ways to let their dogs' alter-egos shine. In New York, the annual Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade is where it happens. For those on the West Coast, you can walk alongside your decked-out pooch at the Haute Dog Howl'oween Parade in Long Beach, Calif.
