New drone video is giving an eye-opening look at the flash flood damage caused by the outer bands of Hurricane Lorena. Mud and debris have made a mess of beaches in the popular destination of Cabo San Lucas, although Lorena has since been downgraded, heavy rain and more flooding are still a threat.
