Drivers Trapped As Mudslides Bury Roads In California

Fueled by the remnants of Tropical Storm Mario, severe storms dropped heavy rain in Southern California that caused disastrous flash floods, mudslides and debris flows in San Bernardino and Kern counties. Multiple roads in communities like Oak Glen, Forest Falls, Potato Canyon and Randsburg were buried under sludge and debris and thousands lost power.
