Development Odds Rise Again; Gabrielle Likely To Form

The chance of Invest 92L developing into a tropical system continues to increase, and we will likely have a tropical depression or Tropical Storm Gabrielle later Tuesday or Wednesday. The second area of interest is a tropical wave moving off the coast of Africa. This wave could slowly develop as it moves west, but we have plenty of time to watch it.
