Tree pollen is staying high across the South, especially from oak and birch, and now we’re seeing grass pollen creeping up too. It’s a double whammy for allergy sufferers. So if you’re heading outside, keep that antihistamine handy and maybe hold off on mowing the lawn if you’re sensitive.
