Faith Dickey knows how to walk in style—opting for a pair of pink pumps to cross a line at 2755 feet above sea level.

The 26-year-old highliner from Austin, Texas made the impressive walk at this year's Highgirls Brazil Festival, the first female festival highline held at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

"It is really spectacular to be above the entire city, the beach and yet to be so central while on a mountain," Dickey said. "The exposure is breathtaking."

But with all of the city's beauty, the extreme event surely had its challenges. "This walk was much harder than the previous one due to the line being longer and my heels being too small," said Dickey. "So the search for the perfect high heels continues."

After a few rounds of practice, Dickey successfully made it to the other side. Though she is very experienced, she still had to be careful in high heels.

"Everybody was so impressed by how Faith moved," said Brazillian photographer Reginaldo Gomes, who captured Dickey on the highline. "I have never seen anything like it before - I've taken photos of highliners, but one wearing a pair of heels is completely different."
