Before Floridians had a chance to clean up from Hurricane Helene, Hurricane Milton slammed some of the same areas where streets were filled with mounds of debris. As streets were cleared in Treasure Island after the deadly hurricanes, much of that debris ended up in one place, becoming a looming reminder of the back-to-back tragedies.
