Deadly Flash Floods Hit Central Texas On July Fourth | Weather.com

Historic rainfall caused catastrophic and deadly flooding in Central Texas Friday. The National Weather Service warned people to get to higher ground as it issued flash flood emergencies in San Angelo and parts of Kerr County. Homes were swept away as the Guadalupe River hit its second-highest height on record. Water rescues and search and recovery efforts were underway.
