A risk for severe thunderstorms has increased by the Storm Prediction Center with an enhanced risk now issued. Places like Charleston, West Virginia, Louisville, Richmond and Washington D.C. need to be aware of large hail, severe wind gusts and isolated tornadoes into Monday Night.
