A summer cold front will stall out across the Ohio Valley and mid-Atlantic bringing the chance for flooding Thursday, Friday and into the weekend. Heavy downpours could produce rainfall rates up to 3 inches per hour, and multiple rounds of storms will quickly lead to flooding. A few severe storms will also be possible with damaging winds as the main threat.
