Severe Storms Take Aim At Northern Plains, Midwest

A multiday severe weather threat is setting up across the Northern Plains and Midwest as a strong cold front moves into the region. Isolated severe storms will be possible Wednesday before the severe threat increases Thursday and especially into Friday. Damaging wind gusts and hailstones larger than 2 inches in diameter look likely in places like Grand Forks, Fargo and Aberdeen on Friday. Cooler and drier weather moves in just in time for the weekend!
