Morning storms will gradually weaken before another round of storms and heavy rain develop across the Midwest and Great Lakes Friday afternoon. Damaging wind gusts, hail and a few tornadoes will all be possible in places like Chicago, Milwaukee, Des Moines and Kansas City. Flooding is also a concern across parts of Iowa, Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin, as some areas have already picked up one to four inches of rain over the past 24 hours.
