A strong jet stream and surface front will likely bring strong storms into the overnight hours east of Texas into Alexandria, Louisiana, Memphis, Tennessee and farther east into Jackson Mississippi. Some heavier rain could trigger flash flooding. Here is when the worst of it is expected.
