Severe Storms To Threaten Plains, Midwest Through Late Week

In true spring fashion, a multiday severe threat is forecast for parts of the Plains and Midwest this week. Large hail, damaging wind gusts and a few tornadoes are possible Tuesday for places like Chicago, Cleveland and Buffalo. On Wednesday, the threat shifts into the Plains, including Kansas City, Wichita and Oklahoma City. Severe storms will return to the Midwest Thursday before taking aim at the Plains again Friday.
