Severe thunderstorms are expected to push through the Upper Midwest on Monday with the threat of tornadoes, damaging winds and hail. Minneapolis, Des Moines, Kansas City and Omaha are most likely to see destructive weather at the beginning of the week, but a line of storms will travel eastward to the interior Northeast, Ohio Valley and Southern Plains by Wednesday. Chicago, Milwaukee, Tulsa, Indianapolis, St. Louis, Dallas and Buffalo are some of the other cities that could see severe weather by the time the storms run out of gas.
