2 Rounds Of Rain, Storms, Snow For Northeast, Great Lakes

We are tracking two rounds of rain, storms and snow set to impact the Great Lakes and Northeast. The first round will move across the region today with a few severe storms possible from Pittsburgh back to Columbus and down to Charleston, West Virginia, with damaging wind gusts as the main threat. The second round will impact weekend plans Sunday into Monday. Expect all rain from Boston to New York City, down to Philadelphia and Washington, D.C, with the snow confined to northern New England and the higher elevations.
