Scattered strong to severe storms will be possible across the mid-Atlantic and Northeast Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday evening. Storms could impact the Tuesday evening commute along the Interstate 95 corridor from New York City to Philadelphia down to Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Damaging winds and locally heavy rain will be the main threats.
