Conditions are coming together for a potentially potent severe weather outbreak from the Central Plains to the Ohio and Mississippi valleys. Several tornadoes, including strong tornadoes, are possible late Tuesday and Wednesday in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Wichita, Little Rock, Indianapolis, Memphis, Evansville, St. Louis and Louisville. A stalling weather pattern is expected to slow down once it enters the eastern US.
