A three-day severe outbreak spawned tornadoes from Nebraska to North Carolina from April 27-29, 2014, including a pair of EF4 tornadoes in Vilonia, Arkansas and Louisville, Mississippi.

If that wasn't enough, torrential rainfall swamped parts of the Gulf Coast, washing out roads and flooding homes and businesses in the Florida Panhandle and coastal Alabama. 

This torrential rain spread into the East on April 30, leading to a landslide in Baltimore.
