April Winter Storm Brings Rain, Snow, Ice to Northern US

Winter Storm Kadence has brought over a foot of snow to parts of the Dakotas over the last 24 hours. The storm has shifted east and is now bringing rounds of snow to the Upper Midwest, including northern Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Here’s the latest.
