A clipper will move across the Great Lakes Thursday night into Friday, then impact the Northeast Friday into Saturday. This system will be a quick mover, but expect accumulating snow, along with colder air and windy conditions. Several inches look likely with the highest amounts forecast across northern Wisconsin and northern Michigan.
