Weekend Clipper System To Bring Rain, Snow To Northeast

Another fast-moving clipper system will track through the region this weekend, bringing a mix of rain and snow to the Northeast. Saturday will be nice for most but Sunday will be soggy for places like Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, New York and Boston.
