Winter Storm Fern is tracking eastward, bringing a triple threat of weather across parts of the South, mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Freezing rain continues to linger across the South and mid-Atlantic, bringing the threat for more accumulating ice. Heavy snow will continue to fall across much of the Northeast with widespread totals over a foot possible.
