Winter Storm Kingston is sweeping through the Plains and into the East with up to a foot of snow in the Ozarks of Missouri, Kansas and Arkansas as well as some ice accumulation in spots. This latest snowstorm will cause air and road delays in Kansas City, Wichita, Memphis, Nashville, Raleigh and Virginia Beach.
